I can't understand why quests left such bad reviews. It's my second day currently at the hotel and we couldn't be happier.The location of this place is literally right on the beach, it is farther away from restaurants and things to do, but to me makes great location because it is quiet and peaceful ,you literally get beach to yourself and you are away from tourists, noise etc.You can walk on the beach it is about 1.9 mile to the Deerfield pier where is many attractions or a very short car/cab drive.We have a superior suite for me,my sister and niece ,it is very spacious we have three king size beds and it makes perfect for our girl trip.Everyone in the hotel is extremely helpful and nice and you get the best restaurant with delicious meals while overlooking the ocean.Its a small boutique hotel so if you ate expecting big resort with lots of amenities it might not be place for you. But if you looking for a quiet beach stay you can't find better spot.

The hotel staff are bad, the hotel smells and is dirty! There is too much noise and poor insulation! All they think about is money! He thinks how can they get more money from you? The food in the restaurant is very expensive! The electrical systems in their rooms are broken!The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel is very bad. The pool is not like in the pictures. Most of the items are broken, old and renovated. The hotel is not a new hotel, it has been renovated. The furniture in the hotel was painted and repairs were attempted.

Awesome location where you really get a beach to yourself and it is super clean! The staff was absolutely incredible from the kind gentleman at the front desk to the outstanding Catalina. The rooms are pretty basic and could use some more sound proofing, especially under the doors. The restaurant is top notch as well. If you go into the experience knowing about the parking fees and that there is no stores or restaurants around it except the Roi, you can enjoy the place for what an incredible place this is.

Stay away!! An incredible water sound has been coming from the next room all day today. It's like there is no insulation! Since I wrote these comments, I think that the hotel staff specifically did this! You have many reasons to stay away from this hotel. Don't believe the photos! The rooms have nothing to do with these photos! I bought this hotel holiday with expedia! I think I'm being penalized by the hotel because online applications like expedia get commissions from them! With the worst room and the worst tactical experience! I heard every word of the conversation of the other hotel guests who walked past my door last night. A hotel with really bad insulation They ruined my whole holiday. Also, there isn't even a phone you can call the reception I chose this hotel and paid too much money. And I paid extra money for a little more comfort. They probably sold my room to someone else. Instead of apologizing to me, they told me that if I didn't like my room, I could leave the hotel. The employees are really rude. They charge $25 for valet parking per day. Then they ask for an extra daily fee for the beach. If you want a terrible room and a terrible holiday, yes, this is the right hotel Problematic employees and bad hotel! This hotel is truly a fiasco! If you don't want to have a bad experience, take these comments into consideration You have many reasons to stay away from this hotel. The most important reason is to stay away from this hotel for a good holiday! I am currently writing this comment from the bad and dirty room they gave me. expensive rooms, mediocre service, bad and rude employees, extra fees for everything. Yes, this is exactly the description of this hotel! And bad smell and broken lights If you have time and money to waste, this is the right place. If you want a bad holiday, this is the perfect address Trust me, stay away!!!

To be honest the hotel is very so-so. The only good thing about the location is that it’s very close to the ocean and that’s cool. This is where the advantages end. If you want to eat, drink, or just spend some time, you need to take a taxi, because apart from a small restaurant in the hotel with a very modest menu, there is nothing at all in the area. Our room had a very dirty floor, that shampoo thing didn't work, there was a very loud refrigerator, oh my god it was so loud. Very mediocre furniture has obvious signs of damage. But the most interesting thing is that on the day of our check-out (check-out at 11 am) at approximately 9:50 am there was a knock on our door (despite the presence of a do not disturb sign) I got out of bed and started walking towards the door, but a second later the administrator the hotel opened the door to our room. I stood almost naked, and she looked and apologized. What was that? In what universe is this normal? Just open the door of a room that shouldn't even be vacated yet without warning? What if I did yoga naked in the “chocolate eye looks at the sky” pose? I find this very rude and unprofessional. The hotel restaurant has a very little menu, but the prices are good and the food is delicious. The staff in the restaurant is very polite.

I love love love this hotel. Clean, modern and the most comfortable beds and pillows. Great place to stay if you want to be near the beach. My room had a balcony and was so nice to wake up open the sliding door and smell the salt air. Hotel restaurant convenient, good food - a tad pricey $17 for avocado toast added an egg and it was $27 but it was a hearty portion, and was extremely fresh and delicious. Free coffee in the AM in lobby, also have coffee machines in the room but I liked picking up a cup in the AM and drinking while I enjoyed the ocean breeze. If you are looking to getaway from it all alone or with your partner this is the place! I enjoyed it very much and will definitely return. The only downside was it is a bit off the path no where really within walking distance - closest stores or restaurant's are at least 1 mile away. To sum up don't miss this place its a real gem.

Take into consideration the comments you read about this hotel! This hotel is a complete disappointment for me! The employees are rude, the hotel is dirty! One of the hotel's employees just shouted at me! Because I asked why my room, for which I paid money, was sold to someone else! He said I could leave the hotel but he would not give my money back! We requested that our room be cleaned several times for 3 days, but no one paid attention

If I can give no stars I would! I was staying here and left a jacket in the room and when I checked out and was on the way to the airport I realized the jacket was still in the closet. When I called to ask for it and send my sister to pick it up they magically said there was no jacket. And funny enough. Someone checked in right after me. So if they didn’t clean the room accordingly or left the jacket in the closet the next guest could have taken it. Or the staff took it. It was a very expensive jacket from another country. I tried several times to rectify the situation the manager was terrible, the front desk were extremely young and inexperienced clearly, and no one ever followed up. I gave them ample time to find a solution and they didn’t. Just overall terrible company. I will never stay with them again and it’s a no brainer why they have such low ratings on here. They stole my jacket, never offered a solution then guaranteed me their staff wouldn’t do that. No one knows all of their staff especially the cleaning staff on a personal level to guarantee that. Garbage place with garbage staff!
